We want you to love your Ornamojisβ„’! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged items.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@ornamojis.com with the following information:
    • Your name and order number.
    • A brief description of the reason for the return.
    • Photos of the product, if applicable.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the item.

Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Β 


Exclusions

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Ornamojisβ„’ are decorative items and not intended as toys. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by our return policy.
